Insurance & Damage Waiver

1. Riders Share Insurance Coverage

All rentals through Untamed Ridge Moto are processed and insured via Riders Share. When you book, you will have the option to select from different tiers of insurance coverage provided by Riders Share.

2. Coverage Details

The insurance provided typically includes liability coverage, comprehensive, and collision coverage, subject to the deductible of the protection plan you choose during checkout. Please review the Riders Share Insurance Policy for exact terms, conditions, and exclusions.

3. Security Deposit

A security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card prior to the start of your trip. The amount depends on the insurance tier you select. This deposit is fully refundable provided the motorcycle is returned without damage and in accordance with the rental terms.

4. Damage Reporting

In the event of an accident, drop, or any damage to the motorcycle, you must notify us and Riders Share immediately. You will be required to take photos and submit a damage report as outlined in the Riders Share guidelines.

5. Roadside Assistance

Roadside assistance is available through Riders Share. Details on how to contact roadside assistance will be provided in your booking confirmation.
